Momentum 2026: Annual Oklahoma Charter Schools Conference

Momentum: Advancing Excellence, Choice & Opportunity is the theme of the 2026 Oklahoma Charter Schools Conference, presented by the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board. If one word defines the current state of Oklahoma’s charter sector, it is momentum — a growing movement fueled by schools that are driving innovation, expanding opportunity, and delivering transformational educational improvement for students across the state.

Taking place November 4–5, 2026, at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Norman, Momentum will convene more than 500 charter school administrators, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Oklahoma. This free, two-day conference will feature nationally recognized speakers and dozens of breakout sessions focused on instructional leadership, operational excellence, governance, and best practices shaping the future of charter education. Charter board members will also have opportunities to earn state-required training credit throughout the event.

Oklahoma’s charter schools are uniquely positioned to serve as catalysts for meaningful educational progress. Momentum brings the community together to share ideas, strengthen leadership, and build the foundation for the next era of excellence, choice, and opportunity in Oklahoma education.
