The Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board hereby provides public notice that the charter contract of Proud to Partner Leadership Academy (PTPLA) in Oklahoma City was terminated and the school was ordered closed effective May 20, 2026, upon issuance of the Board’s Final Order.
The closure follows a lengthy administrative process and a two-day administrative due process hearing conducted on April 29 and May 11, 2026, after which the Board began deliberations considering all evidence presented at the hearing. On May 20, 2026, the Board completed deliberations and thereafter voted to terminate the contract between the Statewide Charter School Board and PTPLA effective immediately.
