The Enterprise Program Management Office is dedicated to supporting you in your small technology projects to larger enterprise solutions. We focus on employee empowerment, data enablement, technology management and digital transformation.

Our team is comprised of 50+ agency program and project managers with over 185 industry-standard certifications and training. We are talking MBAs, green belts, black belts, PMP, Lean, Agile, ITIL, Scrum Master, COMPTIA, CISSP. We are ready for your most challenging projects.

We deliver project assurance. With our knowledge of state and local government, we can navigate existing infrastructure, legislation and processes.

We assess, plan and manage solutions to help your agency innovate and modernize. Our core services may be billed at an hourly, monthly or fully loaded FTE cost and are comprised of:

  • Full service and point-in-time project consulting and delivery services.
  • Project review and recovery on non-performing projects.
  • Independent verification and validation services and vendor oversight strategies helps to maximize value from suppliers and partners.
  • PMO as a Service (PMaaS) provides full-time dedicated program manager, project manager, or business analyst in any combination.

Statutes and Standards

Projects.ok.gov was created as part of House Bill 1086, the Oklahoma State Government IT Project Monitoring and Transparency Initiative, enacted in 2011 and codified at 62 O.S. § 34.11.8. Projects.ok.gov provides information about information technology projects resulting in expenditures more than $100,000.00.
