OSBOE is aware of attempted fraudulent calls and correspondence to licensed physicians.  If you receive a call or correspondence you believe is fraudulent, please report it to our office at investigations@osboe.ok.gov.

Proposed Rules

Proposed changes to Chapter 1, 5, and 10 of Title 510 are located below.  Expand each Chapter to see the proposed changes and Notice of Rulemaking Intent. The Rule Impact Statement will be available for review prior to November 15, 2026.
