Audit Program
OSBOE is excited to announce the start of a physician audit program. This program is intended to educate and ensure licensees properly understand state and federal regulations surrounding safe practice and have the tools to implement that understanding.
Piloting the program is Auditor and Compliance Officer Kris Johnson. Kris has over ten years of experience in the medical industry, and we are excited to have her on board.
If you get a notice of audit from our office, please know this is not intended as a punitive action, we want to work with you to continue a high standard of care in Oklahoma.
CE Broker
As a reminder: CE Broker is now the official CME tracking software used by OSBOE. CE Broker will be integrated with the existing licensure software this renewal year. If the required number of annual CME hours have not been entered or recorded, the system will not permit your renewal until those credits are completed and entered in your account in CE Broker.

- Digital Tracking - Access your complete course history, store your certificates, and check your compliance status any time.
- Course Search - Find every course needed to successfully complete your license renewal requirements.
- Easy Reporting - Some education providers will automatically report course completions to CE Broker for you, but you can easily self-report any missing credits by uploading your proof of completion.
Activation Steps:
- Visit https://cebroker.com/OK/plans
- Scroll to the middle of the page and see three different account types available. If you don't wish to pay for an account, select "Get Basic".
- Enter your license number and create login credentials.

All CME hours will now be entered in CE Broker for renewals beginning on May 1, 2025. Please activate your account early to begin reporting your CME hours.
PMP Update
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics recently provided a newsletter with updates on the PMP program. Please see below for a quick summary.
- OBN Registration and PMP accounts are separate units and utilize different vendors. A change in one does not sync to the other. Please ensure you are updating information in both locations.
- When updating your DEA number on your PMP account, they ask that you do not create a new PMP account. If the option to change your DEA number through My Profile is not available to you, contact OBN for assistance.
- PMP’s vendor, Bamboo Health, may email users from no-reply@oklahoma.PMPAWARE.net. These are legitimate emails.
- PMPi InterConnect allows multi-state PMP data sharing. Default searches can be set, or individual state searches can be completed one at a time.
Delegates must ensure they enter their supervisor's email when creating their account. Delegate audits occur twice yearly (January 1 & June 30).
