Renewal Period
The OSBOE online renewal system will open on May 1, 2024. All Osteopathic Licenses in Oklahoma expire on June 30 of each year. Before you begin your renewal, please have the relevant CME, proper prescribing course information (if applicable), and payment method available. The link to access the renewal system is below.
If you have not previously accessed the system, you will need to select "New to this Site? Activate Now". Note: The email used for activation must be the email address this message was sent to. The system will send you a temporary password and prompt you to set up security questions and a permanent password. Be aware, if you enter the incorrect password and/or security question three (3) times, your account will be locked. This will require a phone call to our office during normal business hours. To avoid your account locking, consider resetting your password after two (2) incorrect attempts. Once you have accessed your dashboard, please verify your information is correct and up to date.
New Upload Requirements
OSBOE will now be requiring upload of all completion certificates for Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours entered and upload of Supervising Agreements for any new Supervision entry made. Please gather these documents before beginning your renewal application and be aware you will not be permitted to complete your renewal without these uploads.
Online Database
Below are some reminders regarding your online dashboard:
- During your renewal, you will required to enter your place of practice(s) if you do not currently have one listed. Note: If you list your home address or cell phone number in your place of practice record, that information will be available to the public through our physician search. The data is not shared when provided in other sections of the renewal.
- If Dispensing Permits are requested, they will be available in your place of practice records. These permits are $50.00 per dispensing location and are only required when you log and dispense medication out of your place of practice.
- Once your renewal is approved, your updated license certificate and wallet card will be available in PDF format. These are listed under "Certificate and Pocket Card Download" on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
- Receipt of payment is also available on the left-hand side of your dashboard under "Invoices & Receipts".
