New Licensure Database Launching This Week

Oklahoma City, Tuesday, December 8, 2020:

On behalf of the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, I am excited to announce that we have launched our new licensing database this week.  Your renewal for the 2021-22 (July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022) will be completed in this new system. You will not be able to renew your license using the old licensing database.

To activate your account on the new licensee database, click here.

When activating your account, you will be asked for an email to send the activation code. You must use the email address that the email you are reading was sent to in order to get an activation code from the new licensing database.  If you would like to change your email address, you may do so after logging in using your email address for the old database.

Once you activate your new account, it is essential that you thoroughly review your profile (e.g., phone numbers, mailing address, practice address, email address, education, board certification, specialty, etc.) to ensure that the information is accurate. This new system was designed by Thentia specifically for our Board.  It will allow you to complete many tasks not previously available online. These tasks include, but are not limited to, document requests, dispensing permit requests, status and specialty changes, entering and uploading CME, and printing renewal certificates, pocket cards, and receipts for any transaction made in the system.

We are very excited to share this new system with you and want it to be as easy as possible to navigate.  Should you have any questions or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call the office at 405/528-8625 or send us an email at support@osboe.ok.gov. We are here to serve you.

Very truly yours,

Michael T. Leake Jr., J.D.

Executive Director
