What's Changed?

  • The previous ServiceNow Agency Portal Request and ITPA intake process used only for SW1025 IT staffing and SW1050 IT deliverable‑based services has been retired.
  • Agencies will now use MyOK Staffing and Services to post all staffing and project needs under the following contracts:
    • SW0132M: Non‑IT temporary staffing services
    • SW0133M: Non‑IT consulting services
    • SW1025: IT staff augmentation services
    • SW1050: IT deliverable‑based services
    • SW0138M: Well plugging
  • All awarded suppliers on these contracts receive the posting automatically and may submit competitive responses.

New standard process

  • Agency posts a need in MyOK Staffing and Services.
    • The agency describes the position or project need. The system distributes the posting to all awarded suppliers under the applicable contract(s) and any relevant contract subcategories.
  • Suppliers respond with bids/proposals.
    • All responses collect automatically in the portal to maintain full procurement transparency.
  • Agency reviews and selects a candidate or proposal.
    • Evaluation occurs within the portal for consistency and documentation retention.
  • Contract‑specific routing: Ironclad integration for SW1025 & SW1050.
    • Only IT staffing and IT deliverable‑based services require the next step:
      • The portal routes the agency into Ironclad, where required release information is entered.
      • Background checks and compliance reviews occur inside the Ironclad workflow.
      • Ironclad generates the fully executed agreement for the purchase requisition.
  • Non‑IT staffing (SW0132M), non‑IT consulting (SW0133M) and well plugging (SW0138M).
    • These contract releases do not require Ironclad.
    • The agency follows standard purchasing procedures after the supplier is selected.

Features

  • One mandatory entry point for IT, selective non‑IT and well plugging service needs.
  • Expanded visibility to all awarded suppliers.
  • Competitive sourcing built into the system.
  • Consistent documentation for audits.
  • Automated routing for IT agreements requiring compliance and background checks.
