• Life Cycle Management: Optimizing the use of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades and replacements.
• Asset Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring the status, location, and usage of IT assets and providing reports for informed decision-making.
• Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs related to IT assets, such as through volume purchasing, standardization or disposal of underutilized assets.
• Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with IT assets, including data security, environmental impact and regulatory compliance.
