For those in recovery, regular fellowship is an important part of the recovery journey. We realize that and want people to know online meetings and other types of support are still available. 

12-step organizations such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous have offered online meetings for years to those who can’t access face-to-face meetings, for whatever reason. During this extraordinary public health event, access to such meetings has become even more important.

Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) Online Support Group
ADAA's anonymous peer-to-peer online anxiety and depression support group (now with more than 20,000 subscribers from around the world) is a friendly, safe and supportive place for individuals and their families to share information and experiences.

Mental Health America
Mental Health America has its own support community through Inspire which enables individuals to connect on a variety of issues and topics related to mental health.

Electronic Al-Anon meetings are held online and over the phone. Electronic meeting formats include: Phone, Email, Chat, Blog, Bulletin Board, Instant Messaging (Skype, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.), Web Conferencing (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

7 Cups is a free online text chat with a trained listener for emotional support and counseling. Also offers fee- for-service online therapy with a licensed mental health professional. Service/website also offered in Spanish.

Emotions Anonymous is an international fellowship of people who desire to have a better sense of emotional well-being. EA members have in person and online weekly meetings available in more than 30 countries with 600 active groups worldwide.

The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders also has several weekly online meetings that are free and open to anyone. 

SMART Recovery has an online community that holds Zoom-based meetings.
