Kratom products are governed under Oklahoma Statutes Title 63. Public Health and Safety, §63-1-1432 “Oklahoma Kratom Consumer Protection Act”; definitions; restrictions on the preparation, distribution, or sale of certain kratom products.
Complaints about Kratom products should be filed with Consumer Health Services.
