Option Period starts for all active State employees on October 1st and closes at midnight on October 31st, 2020. Agencies may set an earlier deadline for paper enrollment submissions. Ask your Benefits Coordinator for details.
Enroll 24 hours a day through the easy Online Enrollment option, beginning October 1st. Simply log in on the main page of the Employee Benefits Department website with the user ID (your six-digit employee ID) and update your password if needed. If you have difficulty logging in, contact your Benefits Coordinator or call the service desk at 1-405-521-2444 or (866) 521-2444 (toll free).
Elections made during Option Period will go into effect January 1st, 2021.

• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, Oct. 1st through Oct. 31st

Supplemental Life Insurance Applications Sections 1 and 2 must be completed and returned to your Benefit Coordinator for further processing by October 30th, 2020.
