Request a Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Application withdrawal *link to the new withdrawal form*
  • Application denial
  • Duplicate payment or submission
  • Other payment error

Please contact our finance department at: able_finance@able.ok.gov.

Note: Refund may take up to 30 days to process.
