The ABLE Commission is committed to transparency, accountability, and keeping the public informed about our work and decisions, and we are committed to delivering this information as promptly and efficiently as possible. Please note that the ABLE Commission is currently undergoing a digitization initiative aimed at improving access to our historic records. In light of this, there may be a slight delay in fulfilling Open Records Requests pertaining to certain licensure files during this period, as all application files created prior to the implementation of Accela are temporarily stored offsite, pending digitization.

ABLE can only process requests for records pertaining to the records of the ABLE Commission. For additional information about the Open Records Act, please see the Oklahoma Open Records Act at 51 O.S. § 24A.1, et seq.
