Enforcement

The Oklahoma ABLE Commission is dedicated to enforcing the state’s laws.

Our trained enforcement officers conduct regular inspections, compliance checks, investigations into reported violations, and sting operations targeting illegal sales, counterfeit IDs, and other liquor law infractions.

Through education, proactive patrols, and swift action on complaints, we work closely with local law enforcement, retailers, and the public to uphold Oklahoma’s strict standards for alcohol service and distribution. Purchase or Possession of Tobacco Product by Minors

In Oklahoma, the law prohibits people under 21 from purchasing or possessing tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, and e-cigarettes. These laws aim to protect young people from nicotine addiction and long-term health risks such as heart and lung disease. Minors who violate these laws may face fines, community service, or mandatory education programs, while retailers who sell to underage individuals can receive heavy fines and/or license suspension.
