The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission is committed to ensuring that all businesses and other ABLE licensees comply with state liquor laws.
We help to enforce state laws, and provide essential legal and administrative support to advance the agency’s mission.
The division supports the agency’s mission by enforcing state laws and providing key administrative services. Its work includes statewide prosecution of violations involving alcohol licensees and the sale of tobacco to minors, managing cases from initial review through final enforcement. The division also develops administrative rules, responds to public records requests, reviews licenses, supports legislative and policy initiatives, and oversees collections.
