Process enhancements in/optimizations of code.

24/7 support coverage includes:

Production monitoring.
Orchestrator administration which includes starting and stopping the automationsfor maintenance/breaks; user provisioning; automation suite maintenance (platformupgrades, performance monitoring, platform enhancements); user provisioning; externalapplication connections to automation suite.

AUTOMATION PLATFORM LICENSING COSTS

ACoE will help determine the licenses required for the automation being built. OMES will work with UiPath to procure the licenses and will be a passthrough cost to the agency.
