Tiffany Herndon
LPC
Tiffany Herndon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has spent more than 12 years working with first responders, military members, and their families in the areas of trauma, resilience, and wellness. Raised in a law enforcement family and married to a retired military member, Tiffany brings both personal understanding and professional experience to the first responder community.
Tiffany serves as a CISM trainer and mental health educator, providing trauma-informed training and wellness support for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and military communities. She works closely with local peer support teams and organizations focused on first responder wellness, resilience, and survivor support, including Concerns of Police Survivors and the Warrior's Rest.
Outside of her professional work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her French Mastiff, Bowser the therapy dog, who often helps create connection and comfort with the people she serves.
