Stacey Blaylock
Clinical Director
Stacey R. Blaylock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), educator, and clinical consultant with extensive experience in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and program development. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Oral Roberts University. Licensed since 2016, she is also an Approved Board Agency Supervisor.
Stacey served as Director of the Social Work Program and Assistant Professor of Social Work at Oral Roberts University (ORU) for nearly 10 years, where she led program development and taught courses in ethics, human behavior, research and community practice. Stacey made a lasting impact on the Social Work Program through innovation, growth, and a strong commitment to academic excellence and faith integration. She founded the Faith and Social Work Conference, creating a platform for students and professionals to explore the integration of faith and practice in meaningful and practical ways. Her commitment to high-quality instruction and student mentorship was recognized with the College of Science and Engineering Excellence in Teaching Award in 2022, as well as the Online Teaching Excellence Award in 2019.
Stacey has experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, including her work as a Trauma Social Worker in a Level I Trauma Center, where she provided crisis intervention, case management, and psychosocial support to patients experiencing acute and life-threatening events. Her clinical background includes working with complex mental health needs, crisis response, and interdisciplinary collaboration within medical and community systems.
In addition to her academic and clinical work, she is the founder of Social Impact, LLC, where she consults with organizations to design and implement clinical programs, develop curriculum, and deliver evidence-based training for behavioral health professionals.
Stacey is a recognized leader in the field, having served in numerous statewide leadership roles and on multiple boards. She previously served on the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers and completed a three-year term as President of the National Association of Social Workers, Oklahoma Chapter.
She has served in a Governor-appointed role and contributes her leadership across various foundation and advisory boards, supporting initiatives focused on child welfare, community practice, and public service.
Through both her past and present leadership, Stacey remains deeply committed to advancing clinical practice and supporting all frontline public servants.
