Overview
The Multi County Grand Jury (MCGJ) is composed of jurors from across the state who, pursuant to law, have jurisdiction to investigate suspected criminal activity in the State of Oklahoma. The MCGJ has legal authority to return criminal indictments and/or take certain other action(s) supported by the evidence before them. The MCGJ is highly confidential.
