Bryan Storms is a Partner in the Assurance practice of EY with over 19 years of experience. He relocated to the Tulsa office in January 2010 from the Fort Worth, Texas office. Bryan has experience auditing public and private oil and gas, transportation and retail companies. In addition to audits, he has provided advisory services to clients on a variety of technical matters including accounting for technical issues, SEC financial reporting, and internal control reporting. Storms served a one-year rotation in the EY Quality Implementation Leader group, focusing on coaching various audit teams, updating oil and gas training modules, and assisting with various consultation and inspection matters. Mr. Storms graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Christian University in 2000. He completed the Energy Management Certificate Program at Rice University in 2007 and the Energy Executive Development Program at Rice University in 2016. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. Mr. Storms’ community activities include, Leadership Tulsa - Class 56; Accounting Division Chair at Tulsa United Way 2020 Campaign Cabinet; Tulsa Regional Chamber Board of Advisors; Youth and Children’s ministry volunteer and leadership team; and Finance Officer at a local church. He is currently serving as a Board member and Finance Officer for Youth Services of Tulsa.

Sandra F. “Sandy” Siegfried, CPA, grew up in Tulsa and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting after attending Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa. After a stint in the accounting department at a large oil company, Sandy went to work for Stanfield + O’Dell P.C. , and served as a shareholder for many years. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAS and served as President during the fiscal years 2001-2002. She has also served on many committees of the OSCPA, including the taxation committee and professional ethics committee. Sandy has also served as president of the Tulsa Chapter of CPAs, the Tulsa Tax Club and the Rotary Club of Tulsa Foundation, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the University of Tulsa Conference of Accountants. Sandy was inducted into the Oklahoma State University Wilton T Anderson Accounting Hall of Fame in April of 2021, and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s Hall of Fame in September of 2021. She is married to Kerry and is the mother of two adult daughters and grandmother to four grandchildren.

Jody Manning is a financial banking executive with over 23 years of experience in the industry. A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Jody has served as a board member of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board since 2012. Jody graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Business Administration -Accounting. He spent three years in public accounting with Finley & Cook CPA’s before moving to the banking industry in 2000 with SpiritBank as the SVP- Financial Controller. There he spent 17 years focusing on internal control, policydevelopment, and regulatory and financial reporting.
Jody has been with AVB Bank since 2017 serving as the Executive Vice-President of Special Projects. There he has served in various capacities for the organization including financial modeling for new business initiatives, loan operations management, internal controlsoversight, management of the bank’s data warehouse and strategic planning.
Jody has served on various community-based organizations in addition to serving on the Accountancy Board. Most recently, he was a 2020 member of the Leadership Broken Arrow program and is currently serving as the treasurer for the non-for-profit organization, Broken Arrow Seniors.

Mark is a tax partner and currently serves as the Oklahoma City Office Managing Partner for Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Mark has more than 23 years of experience working with clients in Oklahoma City and throughout EY’s US West Region. Mark’s client work includes working with public and private commercial enterprises in numerous industries, as well as coordinating services to government and public sector clients.
Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Mark provides internal training sessions for Ernst & Young’s Oil and Gas Taxation classes, as well as presentations to client personnel and multiple professional organizations. He is a Board member for the United Way of Central Oklahoma, member of the University of Oklahoma Steed School of Accounting Board of Advisors and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors.

Robin L. Byford, CPA

Robin L. Byford, a Managing Director of Wealth Management at Raymond James, grew up in Oklahoma City and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University. After she graduated from OSU, Byford joined Ernst and Whinney, where she was assigned to the audit staff. She then owned and operated her own CPA practice for ten years. Her clients often asked her about investment matters, which motivated her to become licensed in the securities business. She soon joined Mass Mutual, followed by Stillwater National Bank, then Merrill Lynch, and finally to Raymond James. Robin became the 60th inductee into the Oklahoma Accounting Hall of Fame last year. She has been a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs for 40 years, has chaired the Personal Financial Planning Committee and has served as board liaison for the Government Relations, Governmental Accounting and Auditing, Insurance, Planning and Personal Financial Planning Committees. Byford was also chairman of the OSCPA board during fiscal year 2015-2016. Robin was recently inducted into the OSU Accounting Hall of Fame. Robin is the mother of two adult children and a grandmother of two grandsons!

Taylor S. Green

Taylor began his banking career in 2012 upon graduating from college. He began as a management trainee with Liberty National Bank and has worked within several departments including operations, credit analysis, and loan review. In 2017, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and began focusing his efforts toward bank and regulatory accounting, investments, and interest rate risk management. Upon his success in these roles, he was promoted in 2018 to Vice President where he served as a lender and further enhanced his skills. In 2019, Taylor was promoted to Chief Operating Officer after spending the previous seven years obtaining a diverse background in bank operations. Today, Taylor currently performs the role of Chief Banking Officer where he is responsible for strategic planning and banking operations. As the CBO, he oversees several areas of the bank that include; Operations, Internal Audit, Marketing, Retail Sales, Human Resources, and Treasury Management. Taylor prides himself on driving a customer-focused culture with strong collaboration and cross departmental relationships. This includes leading efficient, sustainable, and scalable business processes that enhance and continue to elevate the bank's organizational culture.
Taylor believes in being of service to the local community and state. He currently serves as Vice President for the Elgin School Education Foundation and Leadership Lawton Ft. Sill. In August 2020, Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Taylor to the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. He also served on the Lawton Public School Foundation Board from 2017-2022.
Taylor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. In 2018, he was selected for the Oklahoma Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Academy, from which he graduated. He was honored for being selected as a member of the ICBA's 40 Under 40: Emerging Community Bank Leaders in 2021. Taylor attended the ABA Commercial Lending School and is a SWGSB Certified Community Bank Director.
Furthering his commitment to his trade, in 2022, he graduated from the Sales and Marketing School at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In 2023, he graduated from the Executive Development Institute at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Most importantly, Taylor is a proud husband and the father of two sons and one daughter.
