We are in the process of updating our system to include new CPE categories (technical and non-technical). To ensure accuracy, we recommend postponing the entry of 2026 CPE hours until the update is complete, which is expected to be completed by January 15.  All registrants will receive an informational email once these changes have been implemented.  You may continue to report 2025 CPE hours as normal.  

 

Firm Reinstatement Application

Step 1) Applicant must provide accompanying proof that the firm is in good standing with the Oklahoma Secretary of State (Law: Section 15.15A[B][3]). Proof consists of a plain copy of a Certificate of Good Standing from the Oklahoma Secretary of State.

Step 2) Complete and Submit the Firm Reinstatement Application and associated fees. This can be done online through the Applicant Portal, or the Firm Reinstatement Application

Once all documents have been received and the application is processed, the applicant will receive additional email correspondence regarding next steps.
