Firm Reinstatement Application

Step 1) Applicant must provide accompanying proof that the firm is in good standing with the Oklahoma Secretary of State (Law: Section 15.15A[B][3]). Proof consists of a plain copy of a Certificate of Good Standing from the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
Step 2) Complete and Submit the Firm Reinstatement Application and associated fees. This can be done online through the Applicant Portal, or the Firm Reinstatement Application.
Once all documents have been received and the application is processed, the applicant will receive additional email correspondence regarding next steps.
