Collections Access and Discovery Manager

The Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) is accepting applications for a Collections Access and Discovery Manager to lead the systems and standards that help customers discover and access ODL collections. Responsibilities include administering ODL’s integrated library system, overseeing cataloging and metadata standards, improving data quality and discovery systems, managing access to electronic resources, and coordinating systems and workflows across ODL collections. The position also leads assigned staff and works closely with departments across the agency to create an integrated, user-centered discovery experience. The annual salary range is $58,000 to $63,000, depending on education and experience.

Government Records Officer

The Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) is accepting applications for a Government Records Officer to support the State Records Management program. Responsibilities include managing the intake, maintenance, retrieval, and transfer of state government records; assisting state agencies with records retention and disposition schedules; responding to records management inquiries; and processing public land survey corner records. The annual salary range is $41,800 to $46,800, depending on education and experience.

Accountant II

The Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) is accepting applications for an Accountant II to perform accounting and financial duties under the direction of the Finance Director. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling financial reports, preparing payroll, assisting with purchasing and travel, and supporting other agency financial operations. The salary range is $48,260 to $54,293, depending on education and experience.
