Persons Not Eligible to Renew Online
There are some cases where individuals are not eligible to use the online license renewal system. Do not proceed online if one of following below pertains to you:
*Your license is Lapsed, Voluntarily Lapsed, Administrative Suspended, OTC Non-Compliant, Revoked by Board, Suspended per Board order, or Surrendered your license.
*If your license has been Lapsed, Voluntarily Lapsed, or Administrative Suspended, you will need to fill out the Reinstatement Application.
*If you have been notified that you are not compliant with your Oklahoma Taxes, you will need to contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission at 405/522.6800
Renewal Fees
Active: $275
Inactive Resident: $100
Inactive Non-Resident: $175
Retired (65 or older): $50
Certified Chiropractic Assistant: $50
Late Fee for Chiropractors: $150
Late Fee for CCA: $25
Accepted Payment Methods:
Online paid by Credit Card
*Note in additional to the total renewal fee, there is an online processing fee payable to the online service provider.
**We do not accept credit cards (or over the phone) and/or cash in the Board Office**
