Request a Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Application Withdrawal Form
- Application denial
- Duplicate payment or submission
- Other payment error
Please submit the withdrawal form to licensing at able_licensing@able.ok.gov . Licensing will initiate your withdrawal request with the finance department.
If you are requesting a refund for a payment error, please contact able_finance@able.ok.gov
Note: Refund may take up to 30 days to process.
