Individual License Guide

Individual licenses are required for employees who sell, serve, mix, or handle alcoholic beverages in licensed establishments, ensuring they meet age, training, and background requirements to promote responsible service.

Individual License Types

Authorizes the holder to represent wine and spirits wholesalers; solicit and take orders for the purchase of wine and spirits.

Authorizes a person 21 and up to make, store, possess, and transport for personal use beer and fermented non-distilled ciders and wine.

Authorizes the holder to work in a licensed retail store, mixed beverage establishment, public event, or anywhere alcoholic beverages are sold; applicants must be 16 years old to work in a grocery/convenience store, 18 years old for all other establishments, and 21 years old to serve spirits.

Authorizes the holder to work as a Bartender for a private event. Applicants must be 21 years of age and provide a Photo ID.

Required Documents:	You are required to upload a government issued photo ID. Acceptable IDs include Driver's License, Passport, State ID, or Permanent Resident Card. You will be required to upload a Training Certification within 14 days once your License is approved.
