Individual licenses are required for employees who sell, serve, mix, or handle alcoholic beverages in licensed establishments, ensuring they meet age, training, and background requirements to promote responsible service.

Individual License Types
AGE – Wholesaler’s Agent
Authorizes the holder to represent wine and spirits wholesalers; solicit and take orders for the purchase of wine and spirits.
Authorizes the holder to work in a licensed retail store, mixed beverage establishment, public event, or anywhere alcoholic beverages are sold; applicants must be 16 years old to work in a grocery/convenience store, 18 years old for all other establishments, and 21 years old to serve spirits.
Authorizes the holder to represent manufacturers or nonresident sellers and to solicit and take orders for the sale of wine and spirits for the purpose of resale.
