Price Posting Reports

Short Supply Reports

  • OAC 45:30-3-4 Products in Short Supply.
  • If a supplier does not have sufficient supply of a brand or type of alcoholic beverage to fill all wholesaler orders received within 45 calendar days from the order date, the licensee must report this to the ABLE Commission.
  • Only products meeting the statutory definition of “short supply” qualify under Title 37A O.S. §3-116(E).
  • Manufacturers, Nonresident Sellers, and certain distributors who sell spirits, wine, cordials, and similar products are required to submit this report if needed.
  • Reports are due on the 15th of each month via email to brandregistration@able.ok.gov.

Closeout Reports

  • OAC 45:30-3-11 gives permission to close out dead inventory.
  • A licensed wine and spirits wholesaler who wants to dispose of dead inventory (that is product(s) they cannot sell at regular price because it is not selling) may submit a request to the ABLE Commission to mark down and dispose of that inventory.
  • Request for Closeout of dead inventory should be sent via email to catherine.otey@able.ok.gov and to all licensed wine and spirts wholesalers.
  • This report can be submitted on a format that you choose. The information required is the number of cases, brand name, product type, content size, manufacturer name, and proposed post down price as referenced in OAC 45:30-3-11.
  • All Closeout Reports must be approved by the ABLE Commission prior to submitting to other Wholesalers. Once approved, a copy of the report must be provided to all other licensed Wine and Spirits Wholesalers.
  • This report can be submitted monthly or as needed by the wholesaler.

Quarterly

Direct Wine Shipper Reports

  • Title 37A O.S. §3-106
  • A Direct Wine Shipper’s permit allows a licensed winery in Oklahoma or any other state to ship up to six (6) nine-liter cases of wine annually directly to an Oklahoma resident who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older for personal use and not for resale.
  • Required to report quarterly via email to the ABLE Commission at directwineshipper@able.ok.gov.
  • Due dates for each quarter:
    • 1st Quarter: January-March is due April 20th
    • 2nd Quarter: April-June is due July 20th
    • 3rd Quarter: July-September is due October 20th
    • 4th Quarter: October-December is due Jan 20th
  • Failure to submit your quarterly reports in a timely manner could cause your permit renewal to be locked and/or revocation of your permit.
  • Direct Wine Shipper Report

Carrier Reports

  • Title 37A O.S. §3-106
  • Required for a licensed Carrier that delivers wine directly to residents in Oklahoma at the expense of the Direct Wine Shipper.
  • Required to report quarterly via email to the ABLE Commission at carrierreport@able.ok.gov.
  • Due dates for each quarter:
    • 1st Quarter: January-March is due April 10th
    • 2nd Quarter: April-June is due July 10th
    • 3rd Quarter: July-September is due October 10th
    • 4th Quarter: October-December is due Jan 10th
  • Failure to submit your quarterly reports in a timely manner could cause your permit renewal to be locked and/or revocation of your permit.
  • Carrier Report
