Employee License and Server Training

Oklahoma law 37A-2-121, requires two (2) items for individuals who work as an employee for a licensed establishment such as a liquor store, grocery store, convenience store, bar, restaurant, etc.
 

  1. First, the alcohol server training needs to be completed through one of the approved training programs listed below. Only one training course needs to be completed and you can choose any course you want.

  2. Second, an alcohol beverage employee license must be applied for through the ABLE Commission online portal.  For your convenience, here is the direct link. https://aca-prod.accela.com/ABLE/Default.aspx

  3. Third, the employee must upload a certificate of completion for the alcohol server training within 14 days from the time the license is issued.

  • Target Beverage Service Training
