The ABLE Commission will offer two, free, in-person training sessions for new Event Bartender Licensees.

 

The first session will be held on June 9, at 10:00 a.m. in Tulsa at the Tulsa Tech Lemley Campus, 3420 S. Memorial Drive, Room 27, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.

 

The second session will take place on June 24, at 10:00 a.m. in Oklahoma City at the ODOT Training Center, 5307 NE 122nd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131.

 

Registration is required and space is limited.

Keith Mitchell

Keith Mitchell was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma and raised in Bethel Acres, Oklahoma.  He and his wife, Darlene, have 8 children and 8 grandchildren.  He is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Chemical Engineering in 1984. He sits on the Board of Visitors for the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering and the advisory board for the School of Chemical Biological Materials Engineering.  He is also the Chairman of the board for the Pottawatomie County Development Authority which owns and manages a water reservoir and rural water system.  

Keith Mitchell is retired from Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E) where he was the Chief Operating Officer for over 5 years. OG&E is one of Oklahoma’s major providers in regulating electric utility services for more than 850,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. During his time at OG&E he was accountable for the successful execution of OG&E’s operational and commercial activities. Previously, Mr. Mitchell was the Chief Operating Officer for Enable Midstream Partners for about 2 years and Enogex, an integrated natural gas midstream company, for several years. 

Kevin Mitchell was appointed to the ABLE Commission in 2021 by Governor Kevin Stitt.
