The ABLE Commission will offer two, free, in-person training sessions for new Event Bartender Licensees.

 

The first session will be held on June 9, at 10:00 a.m. in Tulsa at the Tulsa Tech Lemley Campus, 3420 S. Memorial Drive, Room 27, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.

 

The second session will take place on June 24, at 10:00 a.m. in Oklahoma City at the ODOT Training Center, 5307 NE 122nd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131.

 

Registration is required and space is limited.

Mrs. Andrea Fielding

Chief Operating Officer

Andrea Fielding serves as Chief Operations Officer for the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE Commission), where she leads statewide operational strategy, regulatory support, and administrative oversight to uphold Oklahoma’s alcoholic beverage, charity gaming, and youth tobacco laws. She works closely with agency leadership and the Commission to modernize operations, strengthen regulatory effectiveness, and enhance public service.

Mrs. Fielding brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in public safety, forensic science, and state government operations. She spent much of her career with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), rising from Criminalist to Deputy Director. In those roles, she helped guide strategic planning, legislative initiatives, federal grant programs, and statewide operational support, while representing the agency before commissions, legislators, and partner organizations.

She later served as Chief Operations Officer for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where she oversaw major agency divisions, investigations, human resources functions, and implementation of grant-funded programs, while working closely with lawmakers and state leadership on policy and budget matters.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Fielding has been deeply involved in legislative advocacy, public policy development, and federal grant management. She continues to serve as a federal grant peer reviewer for U.S. Department of Justice programs and has held national leadership roles with the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors. She is a certified public manager, HR professional, and forensic laboratory assessor.

Mrs. Fielding holds an MBA from Cameron University and bachelor’s degrees in Forensic Science, Biology, and History from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is passionate about public service, strong teams, and building efficient systems that support Oklahoma communities. Outside of work, she enjoys aviation, mentoring emerging professionals, and spending time with family.
