Welcome to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission

We are the state agency responsible for regulating and enforcing Oklahoma’s alcohol laws and youth access to tobacco and nicotine products.  We proudly serve businesses, communities, and consumers across the state. Our team is committed to protecting public health and safety while supporting responsible, lawful commerce. We’re glad you’re here and hope our new website provides the information, guidance, and services you need.

How Can We Help?

Regular inspections ensure licensees follow all applicable laws. We investigate reported violations thoroughly and fairly, and our enforcement consequences protect the integrity of the industry.

If you or your business have received a citation from the ABLE Commission and would like to pay the fine or request/attend a hearing, you will need to fill out the form found by clicking the "Pay a Fine" button. Once we receive your submission, our Legal department will review it and email you with next steps. Be sure to include an email address that you check regularly to ensure uninterrupted communication.

Brand registration safeguards your alcohol beverage products in Oklahoma. Manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers of alcohol beverages sold in Oklahoma may register their brands.

You must hold the appropriate license from the ABLE Commission before registering. Brand registration protects your product identity and ensures compliance with state regulations.

Complaint Forms and Process

If you believe a business, licensee, or ABLE employee is violating these laws, you can help us protect public safety and uphold fair business practices by submitting a complaint through our official online forms.
