Choose this license type if you have NOT held an active real estate license in the past five years. 

SALES ASSOCIATE
Choose this license type if you currently or have previously held an active sales associate license in another state in the past five years. 

BROKER ASSOCIATE
Choose this license type if you currently or have previously held an active broker or broker associate license in another state in the past five years. 

BRANCH BROKER
Choose this license type if you currently or have previously held an active broker license in another state in the past five years. This license type manages a branch office of a legal business entity. 

BROKER 
Choose this license type if you currently or have previously held an active broker license in another state in the past five years. This license type can manage a proprietorship, LLC/association or corporation.
