There are two different types of broker licenses available to choose from:

BROKER PROPRIETOR
Choose this license type if you will be managing a brokerage as a proprietorship. 

A proprietorship is NOT permitted to register or advertise their brokerage as an LLC. 

MANAGING BROKER
Choose this license type if you will be managing a brokerage as an LLC or corporation.
