New podcast highlights the people and processes that drive state government

At OMES, we’re dedicated to providing excellent service to those who serve Oklahomans, and we know that our employees are the driving force behind our success. For that reason, we’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of "OMES Insider," a new employee-focused podcast series that spotlights the many talented individuals across our agency, sharing their stories, experiences and impactful work.

"OMES Insider" will feature interviews with employees from a variety of divisions and positions within the agency. From IT professionals and HR specialists to fleet managers and procurement experts, our guests come from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, but they all share a passion for public service and a commitment to excellence. The series will explore our success stories, best practices, challenges faced and overcome, and much more.

Through these conversations, listeners will gain a deeper understanding of the important role that OMES plays in supporting the State of Oklahoma, and they’ll learn about the many innovative programs and initiatives that are helping us achieve our goals. They’ll also get to know the people behind the work and gain insight into the values and culture that make OMES such a special place to be.

We believe that "OMES Insider" will be a valuable resource for both current and potential employees, as well as anyone that is interested in the workings of state government. By sharing our stories and celebrating our successes, we hope to inspire others to join us in our mission to make Oklahoma a better place to live and work.
