OAC 260:115-7-40 - Fixed and uniform rate contract
- "Any acquisition of a service which the Office of Management and Enterprise Services has approved as qualifying for a fixed and uniform rate shall be made pursuant to provisions . . . " of 74 O.S. §85.7 and procedures required by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. [Reference 74 O.S. §85.7] The OMES Director must approve a services contract, prior to award, as qualifying for a fixed and uniform rate.
- Fixed and uniform rate contracts shall be limited to contracts for those services furnished to persons directly benefiting from such services and shall not be used by a state agency to employ consultants or to make other acquisitions. [Reference 74 O.S. §85.7]
