About Assessment

The Risk, Assessment and Compliance (RAC) team supports OMES divisions with compliance requirements and non-IT external audit requests. This includes audit-related meetings and documentation requests.

RAC coordinates all non-IT external audit requests for OMES to ensure a consistent, transparent and efficient process. The team manages request intake through ServiceNow, serves as the primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinates audit-related meetings with OMES staff as needed to minimize operational disruption.

External auditors and other authorized requestors should submit non-IT audit requests through the ServiceNow catalog item.
