We are a 17 bed critical access hospital with a primary service area of 1,200 with a secondary service area extending to 20,000.
Currently on staff we have one M.D. and one PA-C. The providers practice will include clinic and ER coverage.
There is telemedicine for hospitalist services for your patients who need inpatient care.
The new provider will see at least 20 patients per day in the clinic and cover the ER at a 1:4 ratio (negotiable).
Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00-Noon. Providers rotate early mornings and provider on call will cover Saturday clinic.

-New provider will cover ER 6-8 days a month
-Salary range is between $225,000-$274,000
-$20,000 sign on bonus
-$5,000 moving expenses
-CME, license, and membership allowance of $5,000 and five days per year
-1st year physicians accrue 31 PTO days, which increase based on years of service.
