Personally Identifiable Data
The Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape Architects and Licensed Interior Designers collects and stores the following personally identifiable data:
- Name
- Birth Date
- Social Security Number
- Official State or Government-issued Drivers License or ID
- Alien Registration Number
- Government Passport Number
- Employer or taxpayer identification number
- Educational Records
- Professional Examination Scores
- Discipline Records
This information may be shared with:
- National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
- Council of Landscape Architectural Boards
- Council for Interior Design Qualification
- Oklahoma Tax Commission
- State agencies in other jurisdictions as it relates to reciprocal licensure
- Other official state and federal agencies on a case-by-case basis or pursuant to a valid administrative subpoena
All personally identifiable data is stored on secure Office of Management and Enterprise Services servers, maintained by OMES.
Upon written request via an official Open Records Request, OBA will share public information and formal disciplinary actions taken.
