BURNS FLAT, Okla. – Premium Aerospace Center recently completed the expansion of the existing Hangar 234 at the Clinton-Sherman Airport in Burns Flat, Oklahoma. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on October 9, 2025 at 10:00 am and included a host of aviation and legislative leaders in attendance.
The expansion project included the addition of 20,000 square feet of hangar space, 8,000 square feet of office space, upgraded electrical and mechanical systems for MRO and paint services and a state-of-the-art fire-suppression system. The over $20,000,000 dollar improvements are part of PAC’s Phase I of development.
“We are extremely proud of this project and the completion of our first hangar expansion”, said Hector Ovalle, Founder of Premium Aerospace Center. “Finishing this first phase of our development plan represents a significant milestone and allows us to redirect efforts and begin Phase II very soon.”

Premium Aerospace Center is in the middle of a large investment deployment that will total $120,000,000 over a five-year period of time and will ultimately employ over 500 aviation industry professionals. The expansion of Hangar 234 marks the completion of Phase I of the development plan. Phase II is under way with design expected to be completed by the first part of 2026 and construction is expected to begin in March of 2026 with an estimated budget of $60,000,000 dollars.
