Stephanie Holt Lucas joined the Department in February 2024 as the Aerospace Education Coordinator. Stephanie is a career educator and passionate advocate for public school education. The bulk of her career has been spent as a high school principal and most recently as the Director of Secondary Education for McAlester Public Schools. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the McAlester Chamber of Commerce and McAlester's Old Town Association, and was a member of McAlester Main Street, an organization dedicated to the preservation of McAlester's historic Old Town and Downtown districts. 

With a wealth of experience in leading teams, professional learning, curriculum development, and empowering systems, Stephanie is excited to bring those skills to use in promoting aerospace education and the aerospace and aeronautics industry across the State of Oklahoma.
