Bailey Siegfried

Bailey J. Siegfried of Tulsa, Oklahoma was appointed by Senate Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton in November of 2025 to serve on the Oklahoma Aerospace and Aeronautics Commission as the Senate-designated commissioner. Bailey is vice president of culture, communication and human resources for NORDAM, and is responsible for its culture and belonging councils.

In his primary role, Siegfried oversees safety, environmental health, ethics and global trade compliance, security, talent attraction and leadership development. He directs corporate branding as well as internal and external communication. He is the executive leader for environmental sustainability, stakeholder and community engagement, and educational outreach for area students, teachers and schools.

An instrument-rated pilot and member of the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, Siegfried is involved in multiple aerospace, space and STEM-development initiatives. He is chairman of the Tulsa Regional Aerospace Council, as well as chairman of the board for Flight Night, a nonprofit that supports science, engineering, technology and math education for Oklahoma K-12 students. He also serves on the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance board.

Siegfried began his career in the risk-management industry, working for Arthur J. Gallagher. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, and he serves on the advisory council for the university’s Mendoza College of Business.
