WIOA Waiver State Board Serving as the Local Board Public Comment Period

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) is seeking public comment on a proposed Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) waiver related to the Governor’s Council for Workforce and Economic Development carrying out the functions of a Local Workforce Development Board.

The proposed waiver is available for review below. Interested individuals and stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposal and provide feedback.
