Employee Separations
When an employee is separated from employment, it has the potential to impact an employer's unemployment tax rate. State Unemployment Tax
Most employers in Oklahoma are required to pay a contribution rate to the Oklahoma Unemployment Insurance (UI) Trust Fund. This fund issues temporary income (i.e., benefits) to eligible claimants who become totally or partially unemployed.
