Oklahomans Thinking About Quitting Can Text READY to 21586 

Starting today, the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline has changed its text-to-enroll number to 21586.

Beginning Wednesday, July 1, those seeking help quitting tobacco can text READY to 21586 to enroll in the program and receive free coaching, text and email support, as well as nicotine patches, gum or lozenges. 

The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, a program of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET), connects Oklahomans with FREE tobacco quit support and resources. 

The Helpline offers free, personalized resources proven to increase the chances of quitting tobacco and remaining tobacco free, including:

  • A supply of free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges
  • One-on-one Coaching
  • A personalized quit plan
  • 24/7 support by phone, text or online
