To mark its 25th anniversary, TSET awarded Legacy Grants, investing in bold ideas that improve care, access and opportunity across Oklahoma. Read how these efforts will shape healthier futures for generations to come.
The TSET office, 2800 N. Lincoln Blvd. in Oklahoma City, will be closed Dec. 2 through Jan. 2, 2026, due to construction within the building. TSET staff will work remotely during the temporary closing, and the agency can still be contacted at 405-521-3888 or tset@tset.ok.gov during regular business hours.
Established by voters, the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) uses earnings from Master Settlement Agreement payments to fund programs that prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease, Oklahoma's leading causes of death. By awarding grants to schools, communities, state agencies and partner organizations, TSET works to improve the health of Oklahoma's citizens. It also funds research and emerging opportunities in the public and private sectors. TSET initiatives are addressing Oklahoma's most pressing public health issues — and creating healthier places for all Oklahomans to live, work, learn and play.
