Pursuant to the passing of Oklahoma Senate Bill 609, which added an extra payroll requirement to 68 Oklahoma Statutes Section 2902 (Exempt Manufacturing), the Oklahoma Department of Commerce 2024 Quality Jobs Average County Wage will be used for the initial applications for filing year 2024.
