Did you know?

• In addition to your salary, the OTC provides an allowance to pay for your health insurance.

You will receive from $8,000 (single) to $20,000 (married with children) to pay for health insurance provided by the OTC. For example, a person with an annual salary of $40,000 will effectively make $48,000 (single) or $60,000 (married with children) once the health insurance allowance is included.

Even if you choose not to obtain health insurance through the OTC, you will receive $1,800 each year in addition to your salary.

• Under the OTC’s retirement program, the state will match up to 7% of your pre-tax compensation.
• The OTC offers new employees 15 paid annual leave days (three weeks!) for vacation or personal time off and 11 paid holidays each year.
• Employees also benefit from 15 days of paid sick leave annually.
• Employees earn longevity payments that increase over time and begin on year two.
