Doctor Search
The Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry stores personally identifiable data including name, birth date, place of birth, parent's names, Social Security numbers, photographs, employer or taxpayer identification number, employment records, educational records, and home address. This information is stored securely at the Board office and backed up regularly on OMES servers and is not accessible to the public. Public information on licensees is available to the public on the Oklahoma Board of Examiners website or can be obtained by request through the Board office.
