License Renewal System Information
According to the Oklahoma State Government Modernization Act of 2009 optometrists now renew their Optometry License online. Each optometrist will be notified by e-mail when the Online Application and License Renewal System will be available. We anticipate that these notifications will go out on April 1st as this is the date the system is scheduled to be available. Additionally, you will receive login instructions and a link to the system on or before March 31st.
