OFF PREMISE DISPLAY & SALES FOR AUTOMOBILE & MOTORCYCLE DEALERS
- Off premise sales are prohibited for automobile and motorcycle dealers.
- Displays are permissible only in the dealer's area of responsibility assigned by the manufacturer or distributor.
- Effective 2008: Display permits are no longer required to be obtained for automobile or motorcycle dealers.
