OFF PREMISE DISPLAY FOR AUTOMOBILE DEALERS
- Off premise sales are prohibited for automobile dealers.
- Displays are permissible only in the automobile dealer's area of responsibility assigned by the manufacturer or distributor.
- Effective 2008: Display permits are no longer required to be obtained for automobile dealers.
